Stainless Steel Tubes

We are an eminent organization engaged in manufacturing, supplying and exporting a quality assured array of Stainless Steel Tubes. The offered pipes are known for being in-line with internationally laid quality norms as these are manufactured using high grade raw material. We also test these pipes prior to dispatch so as to ensure their flawlessness. Our range of Stainless Steel Tubes contains Stainless Steel Tube, Stainless Steel Welded Tube, Stainless Steel Seamless Tube and Stainless Steel Seamless Rectangle Tube as well.

304 Stainless Steel Tube

Stainless steel types 304 is the most versatile and widely used stainless steel. It is also known as 18/8 from the nominal composition of type 304 being 18% chromium and 8% nickel.
Type 304 stainless steel also has outstanding welding characteristics. Post-weld annealing is not required to restore the excellent performance of this grade in a wide range of mildly corrosive conditions.
Type 304L does not require post-weld annealing and finds extensive use in heavy gauge components where freedom from carbide weld precipitation is often required.

  • Long-service life
  • Optimum strength
  • Maximum performance level
  • As per quality standard
Specifications:
  • Type: Seamless / ERW / Welded / Fabricated / LSAW Pipes
  • Materials: Stainless Steel 304 Tubes – SS 304 Tubes,ASTM A312, A358 – TP 304

316 Stainless Steel Tube

316 Stainless Steel - used for food and surgical stainless steel. Also known as marine grade stainless steel due to its increased resistance to chloride corrosion compared to type 304. 316L is an extra low carbon grade of 316, generally used in stainless steel watches. Its resistance to chloride attack means it is often selected for use in marine atmospheres. 316Ti includes titanium for heat resistance, therefore it is used in flexible chimney liners.

316 stainless steel is a molybdenum-bearing grade. This addition gives the better overall corrosion resistance properties than type 304 and higher creep strength at elevated temperatures.

  • Form: Round, Square, Rectangular, Coil, 'U' Shape, Pan Cake
  • Length: Single Random, Double Random & Required Length
  • End: Plain End, Bevelled End, Threaded
  • Range: 6.35 mm OD up to 254 mm OD in 0.6 TO 20 mm thickness

  • Type: Seamless / ERW / Welded/ CDW

Stainless Steel Seamless Tubes

The Stainless Steel Seamless Tubes offered by us are highly known for their high strength, dimensional accuracy, durability and corrosion resistance. These tubes are manufactured from the mother tubes or hollows that are sourced from distinct suppliers after checking on various parameters. These tubes and hollows are directed through strict physical and mechanical tests and chemical analysis and are subsequently cold-drawn on the benches with determined precise and force. The outer dimension of the tube is thus reduced by tension through a die and a fixed or floating plug, to get a precise mechanical dimensions and a uniform surface finish.

Specifications:
  • Length: Up to 30 meters
  • 'U' Tube: Radius 1.1 D to 1 meter
  • Tubes can be supplied in 600 feet for Diameter below 12.70 mm in coil form

316l Stainless Steel Tube

Type 316L is the low carbon version of 316 stainless. With the addition of molybdenum, the steel is popular for use in severe corrosion environments due to the materials immunity from boundary carbide precipitation. The material is widely used in heavy gauge welded components and weld annealing is only required where the material is for use in high stress environments. 316L has an extensive variety of uses especially in marine applications due to the materials high corrosion resistance. Benefits of using Type 316L Stainless Steel

316 & 316L steel plate and pipes have common properties and are often stocked with Dual Certification, where it is determined that both have properties and composition which comply with both steel types.

Features:
  • Austenitic structure
  • Toughness
  • Higher creep
  • Stress to rupture
  • High tensile strength

Stainless Steel Welded Tube

The welding process is one of the core ways in which we manufacture precision tubes. Our high quality tubing starts off as a flat strip of metal. The strip is formed into a tube through a series of rollers and the join, also called the seam, is then welded together. Special non-destructive testing methods are used to ensure a consistent weld. Just like with seamless manufacturing, welded tubes can be drawn down by plug drawing or sinking. This method can be used to create very long lengths of coiled tube.

specification:
  • Outer Diameter: 3.00 mm - 76.20 mm
  • Wall Thickness: 0.40 mm - 3.00 mm
  • Length: Up to 30 meters
  • 'U' Tube: Radius 1.1 D to 1 meter

321 Stainless Steel Tube

This is a standard austenitic 18/8 stainless steel grade, (304), but stabilized by Titanium. The titanium within means the stainless steel is intergranular corrosion resistant after heating, (between 425-900 degrees Celsius). Remarkably high strength as well as scaling resistance and phase stability set 321 Stainless Steel apart from other similar grades. This grade is not, however, recommended for welding consumable, as the titanium component does not allow good transfer of heat across a high temperature arc.

Chemical Formula

Iron, <0.08% Carbon, 17-19% Chromium, 9-12% Nickel, <2% Manganese, <1% Silicon, 0.3-0.7% Titanium, <0.045% Potassium, <0.03% Sulphur

Features:
  • Corrosion free
  • Available in various specifications
  • Long lasting performance

904l Stainless Steel Tube

Alloy 904L tubing is a low carbon high alloy austenitic stainless steel, originally developed to resist corrosion in dilute sulfuric acid. Because of the combination of relatively high contents of chromium, nickel, molybdenum and copper, this grade has greatly improved resistance to strong reducing acids, particularly sulfuric acid. Alloy 904L tubing is also extremely resistant to chloride attack from both pitting/crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking. Alloy 904L tubing is non-magnetic in all conditions, possesses amazing toughness, and has good formability and weldability.
